 Plan
is a project planner which is similar to, and
compatible with, Microsoft Project. Plan is
supported on the Nokia 9210, 9210i, 9290, 9300 and 9500. If you have a Pocket

Plan for the Nokia Communicator can be used in various

- Alongside Microsoft Project on your
desktop - you want to be able to view and edit Microsoft Project files

Plan for Nokia 9210 Plan is supplied within a ZIP file.
A SIS file is contained within the ZIP file. If you have a PC then
double clicking from Windows Explorer on the SIS file extracted from the
Plan9210.zip file will install the software to your Nokia device automatically.
Alternatively you can copy the SIS file to your Nokia and install it from
there by clicking on the SIS file from the system screen.
Inside plan9210.zip, along with the SIS file will be PlanCnv.zip which
contains a Microsoft Project to Plan converter. This converter may be
installed on your PC to allow MPP, MPD and MPX files to be converted into
Plan format. See the Readme.txt within PlanCnv.zip for further details.
Use the setup.exe to install this converter on to your PC.
Included
with the download is a PC based converter which
works in conjunction with the Nokia PC Suite to allow
Microsoft Project MPP, MPD and MPX files to be converted into
Plan format. Simply drag the MPP, MPD or MPX file to your
Communicator using Windows Explorer and it will be converted into
Plan format automatically. The converter supports all version of Microsoft Project
from Microsoft Project 98 onwards. |
Plan for Nokia 9300/9500
Plan for
the Nokia 9300/9500 is supplied as a SIS file. Install this onto your
Communicator via a connected PC or by selecting the SIS file from File
Explorer on the Communicator.

need to exchange projects with Microsoft Project then download our free
